Burn Injury

The treatment of burning  injury can range from simple to off, depending on the severity of the burn. The basic understanding of burn treatment can relieve pain and facilitate healing of all four types of burns. Burns are particularly harmful for external influences such as heat or chemicals on one or more layers of skin and meat. The severity varies from mild to severe. Severity is called “grade”, at each level of detection of a higher level of injury, starting with the first grade and expanding the fourth. Correct understanding and identification of burns increases your chances of successful treatment and healing.

The first stage of superficial burns or burns is characterized by pain, redness, mild inflammation and deficiency of bubbles. The second level of burns produces a thick layer of skin and blisters, indicating that the underlying layers of the skin are damaged – with a degree of burn, the skin is similar to skin and waxed. The surrounding skin and nerves are often inactive. Grade 4 burns spread through layers of skin and meat and cause burns and irreparable damage. In case of burns, it is strongly recommended to consult a doctor immediately. For superficial burns not exceeding 5 cm wide, the victim can be cured of burns of domestic origin. When handling the light, you must follow a few steps: Wash the antibacterial soap thoroughly.Run cool, without cold water in an affected area to reduce pain and swelling. Use a mild soap and water to clean the affected area.Apply antibiotic ointment if skin is not open.Cover the affected area freely with thin gauze to prevent anxiety.

For a second or more burn phase, it should let your health care provider provide you with the appropriate treatment. If you are released from your medical care, you should be wondering what can be done to improve the recovery of the wound during the recovery process. These steps may include the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce inflammation and pain, as well as regular cleaning and reuse of prescribed wounds. A common dressing for mild-to-moderate burn wounds is a hydrocolloid dressing, a simple plaster dressing with gelling agents in a flexible outer outer layer. They are efficient, easy to use and require little maintenance. They just need to change every three to five days. The hydrogel dressing is commonly used for blister wounds. It consists of a moisturizing polymer layer that damages the disease and provides enough moisture to aid healing. Hydrogel vinaigrette requires a layer of wrapped and loose gauze to hold them in place. For a third degree of burn, unless otherwise noted, your doctor will perform advanced wound treatment, as this treatment will likely involve extensive debridement (removal of necrotic substances) from the tissues, use of skin grafts, and possibly physical therapy. . For a second degree of burn and more, medical treatment should always be considered to obtain the best chance of a correct healing of the wound. If you stop treatment, it can lead to additional complications or worsening of symptoms. It should be noted that bandages used to treat more severe burns should be prescribed by your doctor and covered by your insurance company. Smaller wound care products are likely to be insured and may be available over the counter. If you have questions about the availability and coverage of products for your wound treatment.

The larger areas of the third burn (full thickness) are treated with skin grafts. This surgery removes dead skin and replaces it with healthy skin from other parts of the body. The grafted skin is generally considered an antibiotic ointment and a nonstick dressing. There are three types of skin grafts. The grafts of leaves are generally applied on the face or the hand for a better cosmetic effect. In leaf transplantation, the entire piece of skin without holes is used. It will happen. After combustion, hydration is very important. Once the skin is closed and does not dry, it is important to hydrate it properly. It reduces the risk of blisters or tears in the skin. It also reduces itching and can speed up movement. There are so many different lotions. Lottery bottles have a higher water content. They are also easier to apply. It should be used frequently. Pipes and lotus glasses are thicker. They are required to shepherd more thoroughly. They have long been on your skin. An unpleasant lotion should be applied several times a day with a scar and abrasion. No important lotion is important ask your doctor for advice.

The new healed skin is fragile. The small shear (pulling force) of the scar can cause blisters. Blisters can also be made from tight clothing, scissors when wearing clothing, or rubbing or scratching the scar. Listeners should be punctured and drained as soon as you notice them. Use a sterile needle (STER-il) to pierce a small hole. Then drain the blister with a piece of gauze. Place a small antibiotic ointment in the area. When the bubble opens, you may need to wrap it with a nonstick dressing. Do not use adhesive dressings or adhesive tapes that are difficult to remove. Your skin can tear.Excessive hydration, especially in the face, can pierce the pores and cause pimples. In this case, reduce the hydration and contact your doctor or the combustion team.

Ulcers (Uhl-Suh-Rey-Shuhns) are rashes. They usually have scarred areas around your shoulder, in front of your elbows and behind your knees. These areas can be difficult to treat.
